About Us

I'm Joe McInerney and I have over 25 years of experience inspecting buildings for various insurance companies and hold a Bachelors Degree in Fire Science from John Jay College in New York City. I have seen just about every type of building and occupancy and obtained numerous training throughout my many years of experience.
  
I have inspected everything from body shops, restaurants, movie theaters, and strip centers to an aircraft manufacturer.
 
I am very familiar with National Fire Codes developed by the National Fire Protection Association and have submitted thousands of property and liability improvement recommendations that dramatically reduced hazards and thereby saving thousands if not millions of dollars.
